Traditional Thai Sports Massage

Assisted Stretch: Traditional Thai Yoga

What we call in the West assisted stretching is also known as Thai Yoga, which is a method of Traditional Thai Medicine. While Thai massage uses acupressure and compression along with stretching to break up both muscular and energetic blockages, Thai Yoga is a simplified version of this medicinal method utilizing both self and assisted stretching techniques.
